Send a prescription request if needed

Use the prescription upload flow for prescription items. Submit a clear document or image through the app.

Wait for review

The pharmacy reviews your request. Review the response and any quote in the app before proceeding.

Arrange collection

Prescription requests require approval and are pickup only. Follow the pharmacy’s collection instructions.
